For all our existing guests, simply refer your friends or business associates for a minimum of 30 consecutive nights’ stay at our serviced residences, and you will be rewarded with cash vouchers redeemable for complimentary stays at any participating Ascott serviced residence worldwide.

Refer A Friend

  1. All in-house guests are eligible to be a Referrer for this programme.
  2. Qualifying booking period for Referred Guests is from 1 March to 1 December 2014.
  3. Referred Guests’ check-in date must be between 1 April and 1 December 2014.
  4. Booking must be confirmed with no pre-termination lease for at least 1 month. Terms and conditions for long term lease apply.  
  5. Eligible only for Referred Guests making new reservations at the qualifying rate tier made during the qualifying period  between 1 April and 31 December 2014.
  6. Only Referred Guests who have never stayed in the particular serviced residence they are being referred to are eligible in the referral programme.
  7. Cash vouchers equivalent to 1 night’s rental of Referred Guest (based on monthly contracted rental / 30 consecutive nights x 1 night) will be awarded to the Referrer after the Referred Guest has checked-in*.  Cash vouchers equivalent to the remaining nights’ rentals (1 night’s rental for every  30 consecutive nights Referred Guest stays) up to a maximum of 7 nights, will be awarded to Referrer upon the Referred Guest’s check-out.
    *Excluding properties in Europe where vouchers will be issued only upon check-out
  8. Referred Guests paying the qualifying rate tier are also eligible for the following rewards. Cash vouchers equivalent to 1 night’s rental (based on monthly contracted rental / 30 consecutive nights  x 1 night)  for every 30 consecutive nights’ lease between 1 April to 31 December 2014 will be awarded to the Referred Guest after check-in*. Cash vouchers for the remaining nights’ rentals (1 night’s rental for every 30 consecutive nights Referred Guest stays) up to a maximum of 7 nights, will be awarded to the Referred Guest upon check-out.
    *Excluding properties in Europe where vouchers will be issued only upon check-out
  9. Cash vouchers are equivalent to the stated amount in United States Dollars (USD).
  10. Conditions apply for use of cash vouchers. Original vouchers must be presented upon check-in to enjoy the benefits.
  11. Prior reservations required for redemption of vouchers.
  12. Redemption reservations must be made through our Global Reservations via enquiry@the-ascott.com or +65 6272 7272 and indicate intention to redeem the vouchers
  13. Cash vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue and are redeemable for stays at participating Ascott serviced residences.
  14. Rate for redemption stay will be based on all public rates or any contracted rates that the Referrer is enjoying. 
  15. Apartment type is subject to availability upon reservation.
  16. No show and cancellation charges applicable.
  17. The Ascott Limited reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions without prior notice.

 

Use Of Vouchers

  1. This voucher is issued by Ascott International Management (2001) Pte Ltd.
  2. This voucher is valid for settlement of bills at all participating Ascott serviced residences (“Residences”, or each a “Residence”).
  3. This voucher is valid only when duly signed, dated and stamped by the authorised issuing Residence.
  4. This voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue (“Validity Period”),  and may only be applied to bills for accommodation taken during the Validity Period. The Residence will not accept payment by vouchers for accommodation dates that fall beyond the Validity Period.
  5. This voucher is not exchangeable for cash or used as payment for any types of services other than accommodation fees. Multiple vouchers may be used at any one time. Any unused value is not refundable.
  6. Vouchers will not be replaced if lost, stolen, vandalised, damaged, torn, defaced, expired, and/or voided.
  7. Any lost, stolen, vandalised, damaged, torn,  defaced, expired, and/or voided voucher, or any voucher in a condition deemed not suitable by the relevant Residence will be considered invalid and will not be accepted by the Residence. The Residence reserves the right to reject any voucher not presented in the stipulated condition.
  8. Original voucher(s) must be presented at time of check-in.
  9. Vouchers may be used only for new bookings and apply to all public and contracted rates. But if vouchers are used in conjunction with airline partnership promotions, no airline mileage points can be accrued.
  10. The voucher is equivalent to the stated amount in United States Dollars (USD). Where the payment of the final bill is made in a currency other than USD, the redemption value shall be determined by the relevant Residence according to the prevailing exchange rate at the serviced residence of stay at the point of payment.
  11. Redemption bookings, subject to availability, must be made through Global Reservations at enquiry@the-ascott.com or +65 6272 7272, specifying that payment will be made wholly or partially by cash voucher(s). Ascott’s general guarantee and cancellation policy applies.
  12. The Ascott Limited and its affiliates (the “Ascott Limited”) will not accept any responsibility for claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of any kind whatsoever suffered, arising from or in connection with any unauthorised use of this voucher by the voucher-holder or guest.
  13. The Ascott Limited reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions without prior notice.
  14. All decisions made by The Ascott Limited in respect of the use of this voucher, or in the event of any dispute, are final.
