Promotion Rates Terms and Conditions for Europe (excluding Tbillisi)

All reservations made at a promotional rate and confirmed by full payment for  Europe Citadines residences (excluding Tbilisi) at the time of reservation can be partially or completely changed solely for the same residence in the following ways:

• Change of dates.

• Change of accommodation type.

• Change of length of stay.

Requests to change reservations for Europe Citadines residences (excluding Tbilisi) booked at the promotion rates must be made at the latest 72 hours before the date of arrival set when the initial reservation at the residence in question was made. No requests will be accepted once this deadline has passed.

An admin fee of €50 inclusive of tax for residences in the EURO zone and admin fee of £50 inclusive of tax for residences in the UK will be charged for all reservation changes (excluding Tbilisi).

Any price difference between the initial reservation and the new confirmed reservation must be borne by the client. The difference will not be refunded if the price of the new reservation is lower than that of the initial reservation.

These conditions depend on the promotional rate applied and residence availability.
