Situated in a quiet street with only a few steps away from the train station and less than 10 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals, this establishment with an indoor garden and a solarium offers you 58 apartments in 2 wings of 3 and 5 floors, including 39 two-person Studios and 19 One-Bedroom apartments for 4 guests. All the apartments are fully air-conditioned.

In the Studios, choose to sleep on a sofa bed or 2 single beds. In the Apartments, there are sofa beds in the lounge area and two single beds in the bedroom.

The prestigious Croisette and beaches are just a stone's throw away from the Apart'hotel. Every year from April to September, you are able to access a private beach – simply ask the reception for your special beach-pass.

The Cannes harbour merits a stroll, and the Castre museum and the Suquet are well worth a visit; Enjoy exquisite views from Notre-Dame-d'Espérance, especially from Mont Chevalier. If you feel like venturing a little further afield, check out the castles of La Napoule, and across the bay at the isles of Lérins. Endless attractions await you inland - from the crystalline massif of the Tanneron Mountains to the red porphyry of the Esterel where you can marvel at the beauty of this protected natural environment. All Studios and Apartments in the Citadines Croisette Cannes have a bathroom with separate toilet (except for guests with reduced mobility), a fully-equipped separate kitchen area with stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, TV with satellite channels and direct-line phone, hairdryer and individual safe deposit box.

Bed linen is provided and changed regularly and a free housekeeping service is provided once a week. Additional housekeeping service is available upon request and is charged according to your needs.

• By Taxi: It takes approximately 30 minutes by taxi and costs about 60€ to get to the residence.
• By Bus: Take the bus express 210 until Cannes. It takes approximately 50 minutes and costs 15.60€.
