The establishment offers 101 apartments in over 9 floors, including 81 two-person Studios, 9 One-Bedroom apartments that can sleep up to 4 guests and 1 Two-Bedroom apartment for 6 guests. In the Studios, choose to sleep on a double bed or two single beds. In the Apartments, there is a sofa bed in the lounge area and two single beds in the bedroom.

Just a few steps away from the Apart’hotel, you are right smack in the middle of Lille's liveliest spot. Centred around the Grand’Place (aka place du général de Gaulle), the Beffroi and the old Stock Exchange, sit next to pedestrian streets. Stroll around the Brabant-style houses, drop by to numerous shops and restaurants, and visit the Opera house and renowned Fine Arts museum, the birthplace of de Gaulle and Vauban’s citadel. Just next door is the Matisse Park, and there's a shopping centre in the complex next to the park.

Each Studio and Apartment houses a bathroom with a separate toilet, a fully-equipped separate kitchen area complete with stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, TV with cable channels, a direct-line phone, hairdryer, HiFi system and safe deposit box.

Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed for free once a week. Additional housekeeping service is available upon request and is charged according to your needs. 5 apartments are equipped for guests with reduced mobility.

• By Taxi: It takes approximately 15 minutes by taxi and costs about 20€ to get to the residence
• By Bus: Take the bus until the Lille Flandres station, then take a 3 minute walk to get to the residence. It takes approximately 25 minutes and costs 7€.
