Overview

Located in the heart of France's second city, close to the Part-Dieu business and institutions areas, the Citadines Part-Dieu in Lyon is also an ideal location for culture vultures - the nearby Saint-Jean district is classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, and the architecture of some of the finest Renaissance buildings in France will take your breathe away. This apart'hotel in Lyon offers our guests a choice of 98 apartments in over 7 floors, including 78 two-person Studios, and 20 One-Bedroom apartments that sleep up to 4 guests. The Studios are equipped with 2 single beds or a double bed. The One-Bedroom apartments are furnished with a sofa in the lounge area and a double bed in the bedroom.

Ideal Location

Lyon is renowned for its food and monuments. From the Apart'hotel, you are just a short walk from the peninsula between Rhône and Saône and the old town. Here, you can spend your day exploring its stairways, ‘traboules' and ‘bouchons' in the Saint-Jean area. Visit the Fabric or Fine Arts museums, the Maison des Canuts, and take a walk through the Parc de la Tête d'or with its famous rose garden. In the evening, catch a show at the Opera or the théâtre des Célestins.

The Apart'hotel is surrounded by numerous shops and boutiques including les Halles, the famous Part-Dieu shopping centre, and Maurice Ravel Auditorium.

Comfort and Convenience

Each Studio and Apartment of the residence houses a bathroom with a hairdryer, a fully-equipped separate kitchen area complete with stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. TV with satellite channels and a direct-line phone are also available.

Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed for free once a week. Additional house-cleaning service is available upon request and is charged according to your requests. The reception is open from 7am to 10pm.

The car park is available for small and medium size cars only. To park with a larger vehicle, please contact the reception directly.

Getting to Citadines Part-Dieu Lyon

From Lyon Saint Exupéry Airport:

• By Taxi: It takes approximately 35 minutes by taxi and costs about 50€ to get to the residence.
• By Train: Take the RHONE EXPRESS until the Par Dieu station and walk about 8 minutes to get to the residence. It takes approximately 50 minutes and costs 13€.

From Lyon Perrache station:

• By Taxi: It takes approximately 10 minutes by taxi and costs about 10€.
• By Tram: Take the line of Tramway T2 until the Moncey station. It takes approximately 10 minutes and costs 1.60€.
