Located just a few steps from Chanot park, site of the Congress Centre (where Marseille's International Fair is held) and velodrome, the Citadines Prado Chanot at Marseille is a good base for those who are here on business or pleasure.

The Prado is a residential and business area, whose central avenue thrives with activity - cinemas, restaurants, shops and daily markets dot this area. Located halfway between the Canebière and the beaches of Prado (with seaside park), the Apart'hotel is not far from Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde. Most areas of interest are easily accessible by public transport.

The 3-star establishment offers you 77 flats over 8 floors, including 20 studios for 1 or 2 people, 30 one-bedroom apartments with balcony for up to 3 people, and 27 one-bedroom apartments with balcony that sleep up to 4 people. All our apartments have air-conditioning. The studios have pullout beds, and in apartments for 3 people, there is a single sofa bed in the lounge and one double bed in the bedroom. In apartments for 4 people, there are pullout beds in the lounge area and one double bed in the bedroom.

Ideal Location

While visiting this city, don't miss the Arsenal district, home to the Cours d'Estienne d'Orves, with its café terraces and the Théâtre de la Criée. The fabulous collection of ex-votos in Notre-Dame de la Garde and the Musée de la Vieille Charité are not to be missed. When you feel like relaxing, head out towards the sea, the Prado beaches and cruises around the creeks.

Each air-conditioned studio and apartment of the residence houses a bathroom, a separate toilet, a fully-equipped kitchen area complete with stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher in the one-bedroom apartments, TV with satellite channels and a direct-line phone.

Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed once a week free of charge. Additional house-cleaning service is available on request and is charged according to your requirements. 4 studios are equipped for people with reduced mobility.
