Choice of Apart'hotel

The 3-star establishment offers 35 apartments on 5 floors, including 20 Studios for 2 guests and 15 One-Bedroom apartments that can sleep up to 4 guests.

The Studios come with sofa beds. In the Apartments, there are sofas in the lounge rooms and two single beds in the bedrooms.

Citadines Buffa Nice is conveniently located – it is just 100 metres from the Promenade des Anglais with lines of palm trees and luxury hotels. It is also close to the Masséna museum, and is only 5 minutes from the pedestrian zone and 15 minutes from the Fine Arts Museum.

While staying in Nice, you must visit the Cours Saleya Flower Market, the Russian Orthodox church, the Gallo-Roman site of Cimiez, the museums of Chagall and Matisse and the old town. For more cultural evening, catch a show at the Opera or theatre, or try your luck at the casino.

Residents at this Apart’hotel are entitled to a beach pass, available between April and September. With this pass, you are able to access and enjoy a nearby private beach.

Comfort and Convenience

The residence is equipped with a central air cooling system that is usually switched on between mid-May and September when the weather gets warmer. Each Studio and Apartment houses a bathroom with hairdryer (separated toilets in One-Bedroom apartments). Each apartment also comes with a fully-equipped separate kitchen area complete with stove, microwave-oven and fridge. TVs with satellite channels and direct-line phones are provided in all apartments. Breakfast is served in all apartments.

Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed for free once a week. Additional housekeeping service is available upon request and is charged according to your needs.
