Located at the foot of the Saint-Philippe hills, this 3-star establishment offers 81 apartments in over 7 floors, including 65 two-person Studios, and 16 One-Bedroom apartments that can sleep up to 4 guests. All our serviced apartments are fully air-conditioned and have balconies. It also has an indoor garden and a solarium.

In the Studios, choose between a sofa or pullout beds. In Apartments, choose to sleep on sofas or pullout beds in the lounge area and a double bed or two single beds in the bedrooms.

Ideal Location

The Apart'hotel is a 2-minute walk from the Fine Arts museum and is 100 metres from the Promenade des Anglais. It is also within easy reach to the Masséna museum and the old town is easily accessible by car.

When you're here, don't miss a visit to the Cours Saleya with its flower market, the Russian Orthodox Church, the Gallo-Roman site of Cimiez and the Matisse and Chagall museums. For more culture and entertainment in the evening, catch a show at the opera or theatre, or try your luck at the casino.

With the special beach pass made available at a special rate from April to September, you can access to a nearby private beach to rest and relax.

Comfort and Convenience

The residence is equipped with a central air cooling system that is usually switched on between mid-May and September, subject to weather conditions. Each Studio and Apartment has a balcony. All of them house a bathroom with a separate toilet, and a fully-equipped separate kitchen area complete with stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. TV with satellite channels, a direct-line phone, hairdryer, Hi-Fi system and safe deposit box are also provided in the units.

Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed for free once a week. Additional housekeeping service is available upon request and is charged according to your needs.

The car park is available for small and medium size cars only. To park with a larger vehicle, please contact the reception directly.

Getting to Citadines Promenade Nice

From Nice Côte d'Azur Airport:

• By Taxi: It takes approximately 15 minutes by taxi and costs about 25€ to get to the residence.
• By Bus: Take the bus 98 or 99. It takes approximately 20 minutes and costs 4€.

 

From Gare de Nice:

• By Taxi: It takes approximately 10 minutes by taxi and costs about 15€ to get to the residence.
• By Bus: Take the bus 12. It takes approximately 15 minutes and costs 1€.
