The fully air-conditioned 3-star establishment offers you 138 apartments over 7 floors: 108 studios for 1 or 2 people and 30 one-bedroom apartments for up to 4 people, including 7 studios Club and 7 1-bedroom apartment Club. The studios are furnished with sofa bed, double beds or twin beds. In the apartments, there are sofa beds in the lounge area and a double bed or two twin beds in the bedrooms.

Ideal Location

The Apart’hotel is ideally situated halfway between the Bastille area, one of the liveliest in the capital, and the Marais, a historical centre of Paris. Narrow streets and passages and its Haussmann-style buildings are the essence of this neighbourhood. The area also boasts of many restaurants offering a wide variety of menus, numerous boutiques and cinemas and second-hand shops. For the more culturally inclined, check out the Bastille Opera in this quarter. And don’t forget to visit the banks of the Seine or the canal Saint-Martin for mini-cruises.

Comfort and Convenience

Each studio and apartment houses a bathroom with a toilet and hairdryer, a fully-equipped separate kitchen area complete with stove, microwave/grill, dishwasher and fridge, TV with satellite channels, direct-line phone and safe deposit box.

Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed once a week free of charge. Additional house-cleaning service is available on request and is charged according to your requirements. 4 apartments are equipped for people with reduced mobility.
