Overview

The Apart'hotel at the Citadines Paris Bastille Marais overlooks a charming garden and is located just around the corner from place de la Bastille, famous for its iconic opera house, countless restaurants, bars and boutiques. You are also just a 10-minute walk away from the Place des Vosges, a red-brick architectural jewel in the heart of the Marais, the district whose quiet, narrow streets are lined with 17th-century houses.

For aficionados of shopping and antiques, street markets and antiques fairs are held regularly near your Apart'hotel.

After some interior works that have just been completed, works will be carried out to clean the residence's exterior facade. These works will start at the end of November and finish in May 2010.
The team will do their best to ensure that these renovations cause as little disruption as possible to guests.

Located just a 5-minute walk away from place de la Bastille and place des Vosges, arguably the most beautiful square in Paris, this Apart’hotel is situated along a long tree-lined avenue with a garden walkway.

The fully air-conditioned 3-star establishment offers you 138 apartments over 7 floors: 108 studios for 1 or 2 people and 30 one-bedroom apartments for up to 4 people. The studios are furnished with sofa beds. In the apartments, there are sofa beds in the lounge area and a double bed in the bedrooms.

Ideal Location

The Apart’hotel is ideally situated halfway between the Bastille area, one of the liveliest in the capital, and the Marais, a historical centre of Paris. Narrow streets and passages and its Haussmann-style buildings are the essence of this neighbourhood. The area also boasts of many restaurants offering a wide variety of menus, numerous boutiques and cinemas and second-hand shops. For the more culturally inclined, check out the Bastille Opera in this quarter. And don’t forget to visit the banks of the Seine or the canal Saint-Martin for mini-cruises.

Comfort and Convenience

Each studio and apartment houses a bathroom with a toilet and hairdryer, a fully-equipped separate kitchen area complete with stove, microwave/grill, dishwasher and fridge, TV with satellite channels, hi-fi system, direct-line phone and safe deposit box.

Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed once a week free of charge. Additional house-cleaning service is available on request and is charged according to your requirements. 4 apartments are equipped for people with reduced mobility.
