At 3 minutes away from the underground Esplanade de la Defense on the line 1 and the RER, the residence benefits from an ideal location between the registered office of the largest international companies and the 16ème district of Paris. The district is now a tourist area, Les Quatre Temps shopping mall is open on Sunday.

Ideal Location

A city of contrasts, La Défense is dominated by skyscraper office blocks, but it also has a long promenade that crosses the centre of the city. The Esplanade is lined with restaurants and museums and galleries displaying modern works of art. The area also boasts one of the largest shopping complexes in Europe, and there are several cinemas near you. And don't forget to take in the exhibitions at the CNIT. The Champs-Elysées are just a 10-minute metro journey away.

Comfort and Convenience

Each studio and apartment of the residence houses a bathroom, with separate toilet in the one-bedroom apartments, and a fully-equipped kitchen area complete with stove, microwave/grill and fridge and dishwashers. The one-bedrooms have a separate kitchen area . Each apartment has a flat screen TV with satellite channels, desk and direct-line phone.

Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed once a week free of charge. Additional house-cleaning service is available on request and is charged according to your requirements. 13 studios are equipped for people with reduced mobility.
