Fully renovated in July 2011, our fully non-smoking serviced residence has stylish and elegant décor. The Apart'hotel, which has a private indoor garden, offers you 67 apartments in over 8 floors, including 62 Studios for 2 guests (22 interconnected rooms) and 5 One-Bedroom apartments for 4 guests. The Studios are furnished with sofa beds. In Apartments, there are sofas beds in the lounge area and one double bed in the bedroom.

Ideal Location

Considered one of the liveliest spot in the capital, the Montparnasse area boasts numerous theatres and cafés-theatres, restaurants serving all types of exotic cuisines from faraway lands, cinemas, endless boutiques and shopping alleys around the Montparnasse tower, rue de Rennes and rue du Cherche-Midi.

The picturesque Luxembourg gardens are just a 5-minute drive away by car; Saint-Germain-des-Prés is 3 stops away on the Metro; and Porte de Versailles Exhibition Park is a 15-minute car journey away.

Comfort and Convenience

Each Studio and Apartment of the residence houses an en-suite bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen area complete with stove, fridge, microwave/grill. One-Bedroom apartments have a bathroom with separate toilet and dishwasher. All apartments have flat screen TVs with satellite channels, safe deposit boxes and direct-line phones.

Linen and towels are provided. The Apart'hotel is cleaned and linen and towels are changed for free once a week. Additional housekeeping service is available upon request and is charged according to your needs.

From Paris Orly Airport:

• By Taxi: It takes approximately 30minutes by taxi and costs about 35€ to get to the residence
• By ORLYBUS & Metro: Take the ORLYBUS until Denfert Rochereau, then take the metro line 6 until Montparnasse. It takes approximately 40 minutes and costs 6.60€.

 

From Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport:

• By Taxi: It takes approximately 45minutes by taxi and costs about 50€ to get to the residence
• By RER & Metro: Take the RER B until Denfert-Rochereau, then take the metro line 6 until Montparnasse-Bienvenü. It takes approximately 1 hour and costs 8.40€.

 

From Gare du Nord / Gare de l'Est:

• By Taxi: It takes approximately 25 minutes by taxi and costs about 30€ to get to the residence.
• By RER & Metro: Take the RER B until Denfert-Rochereau, then take the metro line 6 until Montparnasse-Bienvenü. It takes approximately 1 hour and costs 8.40€.

 

From Gare Montparnasse:

• By Foot: The residence is 5 minutes walk.

 

From Gare de Lyon:

• By Taxi: It takes approximately 15 minutes by taxi and costs about 20€ to get to the residence.
• By Metro: Take the metro line 14 until Bercy, then take the line 6 until Montparnasse-Bienvenüe. It takes approximately 30 minutes and costs 1.70€.
