Choice of Apart'hotel

This 3-star establishment has 73 apartments in over 5 floors, including 54 Studios for 2 to 3 guests (including 19 Studios Club), and 19 One-Bedroom apartments for 3-4 guests (including 4 Apartments Club). All our apartments in this residence are fully air-conditioned. In the Studios, you may choose between a double sofa-bed or pullout sofa bed. In the apartments, there are sofa beds or pullout beds in the living room and you can choose between a double sofa-bed or two single beds in the bedrooms.

Ideal Location

Located in the middle of a major shopping district, the Apart'hotel is situated around Richelieu-Drouot, which is a great spot to start your shopping expeditions. Here, you will find countless luxury boutiques, shopping galleries such as the Passages Verdeau, Choiseul, Jouffroy and des Panoramas. Rest yourself at any of its stylish restaurants in the area before unloading your shopping bags in the Apart'hotel. Start your shopping spree again at the large department stores just 10-minutes away on foot.

For a different kind of culture, the Opera house and the Grévin wax museum are also just around the corner. Catch a movie at the cinema or a concert at the Grand Rex, just a 10-minutes walk away. There is an abundance of theatres and entertainment in this neighbourhood for your selection.

Comfort and Convenience

All Studios and Apartments have a bathroom with hairdryer with a separate toilet (except for 4 apartments meant for reduced mobility guests), a fully equipped separate kitchen area complete with stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and electric kettle; TV with satellite and TNT channels, safe, direct-line telephone.

Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed for free once a week (with stays of 7 nights or more). Additional housekeeping service is available upon request and is charged according to your needs.
