Choice of Apart'hotel

The 3-star establishment offers 80 apartments in over 6 floors, including 55 two-person Studios and 25 One-Bedroom apartments for 3 to 4 guests. All apartments are fully air-conditioned. In the Studios, there are double or pullout sofabeds. In the Apartments, there are double sofa beds in the lounge area and one double or two single beds in the bedroom.

The perfect location to experience and savour Parisian life, this Apart'hotel is situated in an area filled with little shops, markets, quiet streets and small gardens. The flea market at porte de Vanves is not far away. Do not forget to visit the Rue d'Alésia for shopping enthusiast.

Only 10-minutes drive away, Montsouris and Georges Brassens Parks are perfect spots for those who love to stroll in the park. In the evening, head up to Montparnasse (3 metro stations away) and enjoy the Bourdelle museum, numerous theatres and cinemas and dine at any of its many stylish restaurants.

Comfort and Convenience

Each Studio and Apartment houses a bathroom inclusive of a hairdryer, with separate toilet in Studios and One-Bedroom apartments, a fully-equipped kitchen area complete with stove, microwave/grill, dishwasher and fridge. Each apartment has a TV with satellite channels, safe deposit box and direct-line phone. All our Studios and Apartments are fully air-conditioned.

Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed for free once a week. Additional housekeeping service is available upon request and is charged according to your needs.

• By ORLYBUS & Bus: Take the ORLYBUS until Denfert Rochereau, then take Bus 62 until Alésia-Didot. It takes approximately 40 minutes and costs 6.60€.

 

From Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport:

• By Taxi: It takes approximately 45minutes by taxi and costs about 55€ to get to the residence
• By RER & Tram: Take the RER B until Cité Universitaire, then take the Tramway T3 until Didot. It takes approximately 1h and costs 8.40€.

• By Taxi: It takes approximately 25 minutes by taxi and costs about 30€ to get to the residence.
