Subsequently, I contacted Citadines Uplands Kuching and my call was answered by Jen. I requested for her assistance to search for the USB flash drive and within 10 minutes, she called me back saying that she has found it. As Jen was about to end her shift, she surrendered the USB flash drive to Anisah who assured me that it is in safe hands and no one will access the content. 

I then requested for my relatives to collect it from Anisah. Later that evening, I collected the USB flash drive from my relatives. To Miss Jen, thank you for helping me find the USB flash drive. To Miss Anisah, thank you for your invaluable trustworthiness and assistance in returning my lost item. 

I was very thankful for her kind gesture as I really needed a wash-up and a good rest after a 12-hour flight.  As this was my first visit to the residence, Monique carefully explained the amenities in the vicinity. I love the convenience of the nearby supermarket and the set-up of the room.  I would like to thank an attentive Housekeeping staff who had repaired a broken light in the bathroom without me asking when the staff came by to replenish the toilet paper. Unfortunately,  I was not in the room to convey my appreciation personally. Upon check-out, I received a warm farewell from a gentleman seated at the reception. I think it could be Yanik, the night auditor. The team at Citadines Bastille Marais Paris were always friendly and I felt very much at home at this cosy residence.  I feel like I am a part of a big family whenever I stayed at any Citadines apartments.  Thank you for making my stay a very enjoyable one.  This is my fourth visit to Paris and I will definitely stay at the Citadines once again as it has always been my residence of choice.
