  I would like to give special mention to one of your staff member who was extremely friendly, helpful who speaks excellent English. She went beyond their duty to help us on one occasion - I was in a cab with my daughter who suddenly fell ill and when I called the serviced residence for some assistance, she extended her service by directing the cab driver to a nearby English spoken clinic and helped to make an appointment by faxing the clinic my details and informing them that we were on our way.
  
  This is really amazing service, and better than what I have experienced at so-called 5-star hotel. Thank you very much to every staff. This is the third time I have stayed at one of your serviced residences this year; I have also stayed at the Somerset Chancellor Court in Ho Chi Minh City and Somerset Harbour Court in Dalian. All my experiences have been very positive and I must say that The Ascott Limited will remain my first choice when I travel with my family in the future.
