  • Promotion is available for booking between now and 31 July 2013.
  • Minimum stay period of 1 month is required.
  • First monthly rental and security deposit shall be settled in advance.
  • Lease Agreement will be issued and the document must be signed by the lessee prior to arrival or upon check in.
  • Only available for the first contract. Room rental will be changed when your contract is renewed.
  • Rates and rates inclusions are subject to change without further notice and are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
  • Prior reservations required and subject to availability.
  • All confirmed reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card.
  • Security deposit:
    • Not needed for less than 2 month's stay.
    • Equivalent to 1 month's room rental for 2 – 6 months’ stay.
    • Equivalent to 2 months' room rental for 6 months’ stay or above.
