The 3-star establishment offers you 101 flats over 9 floors, including 81 two-person studios, 9 one-bedroom apartments that sleep up to 4 people and 1 two-bedroom apartment for 6 people. In the studios, choose to sleep on double bed or two single beds. In the apartments, there is sofa bed in the lounge area and two single beds in the bedroom

Walk few steps from your Apart’hotel and you are in the middle of the liveliest area of Lille. Centred around the Grand’Place (aka place du général de Gaulle), the Beffroi and the old Stock Exchange, sit next to pedestrian streets. Stroll around the Brabant-style houses, pop into the area’s numerous shops and restaurants  and check out the Opera house and renowned Fine Arts museum, the birthplace of de Gaulle and Vauban’s citadel. Just next door is the Matisse Park, and there's a shopping centre in the complex next to the park.

Comfort and Convenience

Each studio and apartment houses a bathroom with a separate toilet, a fully-equipped separate kitchen area complete with stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, TV with cable channels, a direct-line phone, hairdryer, hi-fi system and safe deposit box.

Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed once a week free of charge. Additional house-cleaning service is available on request and is charged according to your requirements. 5 apartments are equipped for people with reduced mobility.
