Housed in a magnificent historical building dating back to the 1900s, your Apart'hotel is just opposite the Comédie-Française and the Grand Louvre, and the Paris Opera is only a few minutes away. In this lively district, you will be spoilt for choice for things to do: try the hot chocolate at Angelina's, pop into the shops along the Rue St-Honoré, the Rue de Rivoli and the underground Louvre Carrousel. Next to the residence, the gardens of the Palais-Royal, surrounded by galleries and restaurants, offer visitors a haven of peace.

For those here on business, the Apart'Hotel is close to many business areas, (particularly banking businesses), Opéra, the Stock Exchange and the government offices of the Left Bank.

This 3-star establishment offers you 51 apartments over 7 floors, including 24 studios for 1 or 2 people and 27 one-bedroom apartments for up to 4 people. All the apartments are air-conditioned. The studios are furnished with sofa beds. In apartments, there are sofa beds in the lounge area and one double bed in the bedroom.

Ideal Location

You won't find a more perfect spot than this. You are directly behind the Comédie-Française and the gardens of the Palais-Royal with its arcades and restaurants. The Louvre museum and the antique shops at the Louvre des Antiquaires are only three minutes away on foot, while the Tuileries gardens and the banks of the Seine are a mere five minute walk away. Numerous boutiques and restaurants stretch from avenue de l'Opéra, just outside the Apart'hotel, to rue de Rivoli, via rue Saint-Honoré, place Vendôme and les Halles.

Comfort and Convenience

Each studio and apartment houses a bathroom with hairdryer, a separate toilet in the one-bedroom apartments, and a fully-equipped separate kitchen area complete with stove, microwave/grill, dishwasher and fridge. All apartments have desks, TVs with satellite channels, safe deposit boxes and direct-line phones. Some apartments have connecting doors.

Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed once a week free of charge. Additional house-cleaning service is available on request and is charged according to your requirements. 2 apartments and 1 studio are equipped for people with reduced mobility.
