The residence offers 146 apartments over 6 floors: 96 studios for one to two persons, 46 apartments for one to four persons and 4 apartments for one to six persons. All studios and apartments are equiped with a queensize bed and a convertible sofa for one (studio) or two persons.

In this Apart'hotel each studios and apartments has a bathroom (with hair dryer), a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher…), a TV with satellite/cable channels and a telephone with IDD facility. Towels and linens are furnished (weekly cleaning and change free of charge once a week). Beds are made before your arrival. Additional house-cleaning service is available on request and is charged according to your requirements.
